The summary we provide to you upon our next meeting will present you with our suggested list price as well as the pricing and strategic marketing strategy behind it, in order to best position your home for sale in the current market . We evaluate active inventory, recent sales, assess the expired homes which did not achieve a successful sale and assess comparative market statistics within your community. Your timeline and personal goals and will take an active part in our mutual decision on pricing your property accordingly.
